We stopped in here on our way to do some rockhounding! We were pleasantly surprised to find they offered a breakfast buffet that was delicious!! It had everything from scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, grits, fruit and you can order freshly made pancakes that came with it!! I would definitely recommend the stop!! And the coffee was fresh!! 👌🏼👌🏼

Great breakfast place!! We were driving through on our way back to Fort Worth and found it on Google. It had good reviews so we stopped. AMAZING! We had the buffet and it was good. Had fruits, yogurt, French toast, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, and so much more! It also had some lunch time food: catfish (some of the best I’ve ever had), okra and more. Pancakes are made to order and some of the best we’ve had. My boyfriend said they were better than Cracker Barrel pancakes. We will stop again next time we’re through!

The staff was rude. Food overpriced and not going back.

I have passed this restaurant on my way to San Angelo many times but hadn't had a chance to stop in. Boy, I was missing out! Great small town atmosphere, amazing home type cooked food and friendly staff.

W@itress was the best and food 2as amazing. I went for breakfast and highly reccomend. Ive also had their burgers here and they are a very good price and are delicious everytime..

Sunday buffet was really good. Plenty of fruit on one half; loads of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cinnamon rolls, and biscuits & gravy on the other half. Everything was fresh, hot or cold, and lots of it. Friendly service, too. Next to the Lonestar Motel (a good place to spend the night).

Amazing food and amazing staff. They were very helpful, attentive, and kind. Food is responsible for the price. Definitely recommend dropping by and checking it out. Good place to get a home cook greasy spoon meal

Tasty and large portions of steak fingers and chicken fried chicken! Good breading on them. Friendly staff. Happy that they were open until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Staff is great. I loved the Chicken Fried Steak, Chicken Fried Chicken, Fish, mash potatoes and gravy. The lettuce seemed a little old and bitter. I have been driving by for twenty years and this is first time I stopped.

Sooooo good! King Ranch chicken, meatloaf, chicken fried steak! All the sides we tried were delicious. Nice salad bar. Rolls! Yum yum. Just passing through, but if we are ever passing through again, we’re there!!!

We stop to eat here every time we come back from camping at the lake. We all enjoy the salad bar & buffet. Really good home cooking! Even the grandkids love it! Oh & huge homemade onion rings!

They upgraded this place a while back. Decent chow and a breakfast buffet on the weekends.Nice staff.

The food is great it is buffet or menu we got buffet and everything was fresh nothing was dried out from sitting the waitresses was very nice kept tea and coffee refilled and seeing if we needed anything. Highly recommend it. Just wish it wasn't so far

Huge breakfast tacos! Awesome service and incredibly polite. Like the way Austin was when I was a kid. Maybe I'll move out this way to avoid the Californians.

Good local restaurant. Our grits were rather runny. And the waitress were too busy to refill our coffee. But the rest was acceptable.

The burger was the best I have had in a long time. What was funny, the waitress asked me if I wanted fries. I said no. She said, do you want chips. I said no. When I got back to my room and opened up the to go box, I had a burger with fries..:) Of course I was charged for them. I was staying at the hotel next door, but I still didn't feel like walking back and dealing with it. Just so you know, the fries were hand cut..;)

Real good food at reasonable prices. Onion rings were really good. Biggest I've ever seen.

Great food was in town in Llano for our all lady bikers rally. Best place to eat and the friendliest staff. Took a great pic of our table of lady bikers. So sweet. Will be back in Sept 12-15 for our ladies rally called Ladies in Leather and Lace (Lil')

Very down home feeling great service

Stopped here for breakfast with an old friend as we were heading out for an adventure. We were seated immediately on entering our server got us our drinks and took our orders which were basically the same with the exception of I got toast and he got biscuits both of our meals were great and the service was perfect will stop here again in the future.

Beat food in the world, good home cooked meals.nobody even comes close to the culinary artists at the hungry hunter. I would drive right past every place in marble falls, burnet and head to the hungry hunter for an authentic southern home cooked meal.

We stopped by on the way through town for an early breakfast. We all got a simple pancake and egg breakfast, but the food was delivered shockingly fast, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the pancakes were delicious.The owner/ cook/ waiter was very friendly as well

I ordered pancakes when we first arrived my dad ordered a Spanish omelet.we had easily a over 30 minute wait.When the food finally arrived my dads omelet was so tiny it looked like food for a infant.My pancakes were visually pleasing.I started eating a bite of all three and immediately regretted it.It tasted almost fishy,fried and freezer burnt.The orange juice was insanely pulpy and after I decided I wasn’t going to eat the pancakes I decided to get a buffet my dad tested the pancakes and agreed there was something “off” about them.I went to the buffet and it was almost as bad as the food we ordered cinnamon rolls were as hard as rocks the fruit was obviously old the eggs were chunked instead of normal scrambled the biscuits were hard and almost tasted uncooked in the middle the sausage patties were almost rubber.They treat the locals better than random people.A local got to cut in front of us and checked out.Do not recommended

Solidly delicious lunch buffet, for the most part (I tried *everything*). The low point was that the brussels sprouts were super overcooked. However, the catfish and the chicken fried steak were on point, as were the turnips. How often do you hear someone get enthusiastic about turnips? But they were really, really good, y'all. Like, come back for more good.Friendly staff, delicious home style cooking. Thank you from random visiting cityfolk! :)

Food was good...however the day we were there the debit card reader was out and they didnt tell us before ordering much less leaving. Luckly we had cash on us which is nor always the case. Could have become embarrassing fairly quickly...as it turned out no harm no foul.
